It's been 10 years since I wrote the first version of A Guide To Illinois Laws Governing Direct Farm Marketing For Farmers And Other Food Entrepreneurs.
It seems like so much and so little has changed in that decade that I should be quoting Dickens's A Tale of Two Cities:
It was the best of times,
It was the worst of times,
It was the age of wisdom,
It was the age of foolishness,
It was the epoch of belief,
It was the epoch of incredulity,
It was the season of Light,
It was the season of Darkness,
It was the spring of hope,
It was the winter of despair,
All of which leads me to ask, Would you do me a favor and take a look at the Guide?

and let me know if you think there are key areas you think should be added (or taken away) because here's my list:

Update on State Processing of Meat and Interstate Commerce
So, what are your thoughts?
