Please check out the CNU Illinois & USGBC Illinois Edible Roof Event Thursday, October 30, 5:00-7:30pm at Kendall College that I'm helping out by moderating. Even though edible roofs are "cool", on the building side of things, on the food side, they're really really "hot". Edible local on site produce is almost as neat a trick as making your own beer on site.
